Our Story
Kape Light started during one of the most challenging times for everyone.
August 2020, we began with something humble but full of passion:
Simple drip coffee and bottled drinks, crafted at home and shared with neighbors, friends, and anyone who needed a little warmth during the pandemic.
The Next Step
By October 2020, our dedication pushed us to take the next small step — a tiny coffee cart in a small garage in Tondo, Manila.
It wasn't big, it wasn't fancy, but it was ours.
Every cup served came with a smile, a story, and a dream that one day this little cart would grow.
And it did.
Growth
With the support of our community, loyal customers, and everyone who believed in us, Kape Light slowly expanded from a garage-side passion to something bigger.
After years of hard work and countless cups brewed, our dream finally became a reality.
Only The Beginning
In May 2023, we opened our first official branch in Recto — a cozy space where students, friends, and families can study, chill, and enjoy good coffee made with heart.
Every cup we serve is a reminder of how far we've come — from Tondo garage beginnings to a full café in Recto.
And we're just getting started.
